The procession will be through the streets of West Reading, starting and ending in Prospect Park. We have arranged the weather to be sunny and hot so be sure to come along. Events start from around 12:30 p.m. and will go on until around 7:00 p.m. There will be stalls selling a variety of food and drink, as well as others of general and community interest. If you would like to take part in this year's carnival, there are many ways you can do so. For example, you could:- enter a float in the procession have a stall in the Park make and wear a costume in the procession enter the King and Queen Competition help in any of the above become a sponsor come along on the day and have fun !!! The Carnival King and Queen will be selected at the Carnival Dance on Saturday 24th May 2008. The winning King and Queen will receive a prize. Carnival Day

The 31^st Reading Community Carnival takes place on Bank Holiday Monday, 26th May 2008.
The procession will be through the streets of West Reading, starting and ending in Prospect Park. We have arranged the weather to be sunny and hot so be sure to come along.
